Moldova Publishes Law for 2020 Tax Measures

Moldova has published Law No. 122 of 16 August 2019 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the implementation of planned tax measures for 2020. Main measures include:

• An increase in the taxable base for capital gains to 100% for legal entities and 50% for individuals;
