According to a release from Moldova's Ministry of Health, Labour, and Social Protection, officials from Moldova and Spain began the second round of negotiations for social security agreement on 3 March 2020. Any resulting agreement will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
