According to a release from the Moldovan National House of Social Insurance, officials from Moldova and Ukraine held the second round of negotiations for a social security agreement on 29 April 2025. The agreement must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1995 pension agreement between the two countries.
