Monaco has published Ministerial Decree No. 2023-776 of 26 December 2023, which provides the list of reportable jurisdictions from 1 January 2024 for the purpose of the automatic exchange of financial account information under the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). The list contains 83 jurisdictions, including:
