Montenegro published the law for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Official Gazette on 27 October 2025. The agreement, signed 19 March 2025, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
