Moroccan Government Approves Pending Tax Treaty with Egypt

During its meeting on 25 June 2025, Morocco's Council of Government approved draft law No. 038.26 for the approval of the pending income tax treaty with Egypt. The treaty, signed 6 April 2026, will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1989 tax treaty between the two countries.
