On 5 April 2018, the Moroccan Council of Ministers approved the pending income tax treaty with Bangladesh. The treaty, signed 28 February 2018, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
