The Danish Tax Authority has adopted new rules concerning the reporting of all unused tax loss carryforwards. According to the rules, companies, foundations, and other entities that pay tax under the Danish Corporation Tax Act or the Danish Foundation Tax Act must submit information about their unused tax loss carryforwards by 1 August 2015.
