New SSA between Albania and Bulgaria under Negotiation

According to a recent release from the Albanian embassy in Bulgaria, officials from the two countries have agreed to begin negotiations for a new social security agreement. The agreement must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1952 agreement between the two countries.
