The Albania-Kosovo income and capital tax treaty entered into force on 11 March 2015, and will be effective from 1 January 2016. The treaty, signed 24 March 2014, will replace the 2004 tax treaty between the two countries, which has been terminated. Further details will be reported subsequently.
