India published Notification No.154/2025/F on 24 October 2025, giving effect to the new income tax treaty with Qatar in India. According to the Notification, the treaty entered into force on 10 September 2025. The treaty, signed 18 February 2025, replaces the 1999 tax treaty between the two countries.
