According to a post from the Dutch Embassy in Thailand, officials from the Netherlands and Thailand signed a new income tax treaty on 21 November 2025. The treaty will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1975 tax treaty between the two countries. Details of the new treaty will be published once available.
