Norway Budget 2027 Primarily Focused on Individuals

Norway's National Budget 2027 was presented on 7 October 2026. Some of the main tax measures of the budget include:

• An increase in the progressive tax brackets as follows:
  • over NOK 235,150 up to 331,050 - 1.7%
  • over NOK 331,050 up to 754,050 - 4.0%
  • over 754,050 up to 1,019,300 - 13.7%
  • over NOK 1,019,300 up to 1,525,900 - 16.8%
  • over NOK 1,525,900 - 17.8%
• An increase in the personal allowance from NOK 114,540 to NOK 120,180;
• An increase in the pension tax allowance from NOK 39,100 to NOK 40…
