OECD Consulting on Updates to Transfer Pricing Guidance on Intra-Group Services

The OECD has launched a public consultation on updates to Chapter VII of the Transfer Pricing Guidelines, which concerns the taxation of intra-group services. The update is meant to reflect practical challenges across industries and regions, and support clearer, more robust rules, including through updated provisions and new illustrative examples. The deadline for comments is 22 July 2026. A meeting to discuss the outcomes of the consultation will be held in November 2026
