The OECD has published comments received on the discussion draft on the Multilateral Instrument to implement the tax-treaty related measures of the BEPS Project, which is being developed to provide for a consistent and efficient implementation of the measures ({News-2016-06-02/P/3- previous coverage}). The discussion draft concerns the technical issues that may arise in relation to the implementation of the measures through the Multilateral Instrument.
