BEPS MLI: Mongolia signs the MLI and South Africa and Bulgaria deposit instrument of ratification of the MLI
On 6 October 2022, Mongolia signed the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent BEPS (MLI), becoming the 100th jurisdiction to join the MLI.
