Panama Publishes Updated List of Participating Jurisdictions Under CRS

Panama published Resolution No. 201-5324 of 15 July 2026 in the Official Gazette on 11 August 2026, which includes an updated list of participating jurisdictions for the purpose of the automatic exchange of financial account information under the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). The updated list includes the following 108 jurisdictions (up from 104 in the previous list):
