Panama to Repeal Tax Credit Incentive for Tourism Investment with Retroactive Effect

Panama's National Assembly is considering draft Bill No. 844, which was submitted on 1 August 2022 and provides for the repeal of the tax credit incentive for investments in the tourism sector.
