Paraguay Provides Tax Regularization Regime

Paraguay published Decree No. 2614 in the Official Gazette on 10 October 2019, which provides for a tax regularization regime. The regime includes that for outstanding taxes due for tax periods/years ending up to 31 December 2018, taxpayers may regularize their situation by paying 10% of the amount due, followed by monthly installments for up to 36 months without incurring any interest.
