Pension Agreement between Bulgaria and Kyrgyzstan Under Negotiation

According to a release from the Kyrgyzstan Social Fund, officials from Bulgaria and Kyrgyzstan held the first round of negotiations for a pension agreement from 24 to 26 March 2026, with the two sides agreeing to a second round of negotiations for the administrative agreement to implement the pension agreement. The agreement will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
