Peru Extends Incentives for Real Estate Fund and R&D Investments

Peru published two Emergency Decrees in the 31 October 2019 edition of the Official Gazette that extend the incentives for real estate fund and R&D investments. The Decrees will enter into force on 1 January 2020.
