Officials from Peru and the United Kingdom are scheduled to meet from 6 to 8 June 2022 for the fourth round of negotiations for an income tax treaty. Negotiations for a tax treaty were first agreed to in 2019. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
