The Philippine Department of Finance (DOF) has published a statement on the suspension of all field audits and related operations by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). The suspension was implemented through Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 107-2025 of 24 November 2025 and will remain in place until lifted by the BIR Commissioner.
