On 12 May 2014, the Polish government approved the law to ratify the tax information exchange agreement with the Cayman Islands. The agreement covers Polish personal and corporate income tax, and all Cayman Island taxes.

The agreement will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged, and will apply from that date.
