Protocol to Tax Treaty between Belarus and South Korea to be Negotiated

On 5 September 2018, officials from Belarus and South Korea agreed to begin negotiation for an amending protocol to the 2002 income tax treaty between the two countries. Any resulting protocol will be the first to amend the treaty, and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
