Protocol to treaty between Korea (Rep.) and Kuwait enters into force

The amending protocol, signed on 2 October 2007, to the Korea (Rep.)-Kuwait income and capital tax treaty of 5 December 1998, entered into force on 27 December 2010. The treaty generally applies from 1 January 2011.
