OrbitaxProtocol to treaty between Russia and Switzerland enters into force

On 9 November 2012, the amending protocol, signed on 25 September 2011, to the Russia - Switzerland Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1995) entered into force. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2013.
