Republic of Congo Certified Electronic Invoicing System (SFEC) Launched

The Republic of Congo formally launched the Certified Electronic Invoicing System (SFEC) on 1 August 2026. From this date, the following are required to issue electronic invoices with their invoicing systems connected directly to the SFEC in accordance with Decree No. 2026-101 of 31 March 2026:
