On 14 March 2023, the Romanian government approved the administrative agreement for the implementation of the 2022 social security agreement with Montenegro. Both the agreement and the arrangement were signed on 22 July 2022 and will enter into force on the first day of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
