Romania's National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) has published for consultation a draft order to approve Form F8000, which Reporting Crypto-Asset Service Providers would use to comply with the country's DAC8 crypto-asset reporting requirements. Romania previously implemented Council Directive (EU) 2023/2226 (DAC8) through Emergency Ordinance No. 71/2025, published in the Official Gazette on 10 December 2025, with the new rules applying from 1 January 2026.
