On 4 January 2022, Romanian President Klaus Iohannis promulgated Decree no. 14/2022 for the ratification of the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI), becoming Law no. 5/2022.
