On 27 August 2019, Russia's Ministry of Finance reportedly published the tax policy guidelines for 2020-2022, which includes certain planned tax measures. One of the main measures is the extension of the current 50% carried forward loss offset limit so that it will apply up to 31 December 2024, instead of expiring 31 December 2020.
