Russia's Federal Tax Service has extended the suspension of tax debt collection for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs until 1 July 2020 due to COVID-19. However, this does not apply if the suspension could result in the concealment of assets or other fraudulent activities. Further, the suspension does not apply if waived by a taxpayer in relation to bankruptcy proceedings.
