The Russian Federal Tax Service (FTS) has issued Order No. ED-7-17/915@, which was published in the Official Gazette on 11 January 2024. The Order establishes a list of jurisdictions with which there is a systemic failure for the automatic exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) reports.
