On 22 January 2019, Russia published Order No. MMB-7-2/824@ of 20 December 2018 in the Official Gazette, which prescribes the form for the collection of information on beneficial owners of legal entities. When requested by the tax authorities, information on beneficial owners should be submitted within 5 business days of the request.
