On 5 December 2022, Russia published Order No. ED-7-17/987@ of 28 October 2022 in the Official Gazette, which provides a revised list of jurisdictions that do not have adequate tax information exchange with Russia, replacing the list established by Order No. MMB-7-17/511@ of 11 October 2019. The list applies in relation to the tax exemption for controlled foreign company (CFC) profits, which is not available if a CFC is located in a listed jurisdiction.
