According to a post from the Office of the Prime Minister of Rwanda, the Rwandan Cabinet approved the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Oman on 26 October 2026. The treaty, signed 8 September 2026, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
