Senegal's Minister of Finance and Budget has issued Order No. 162/MFB/DGID/DLCI/BCI of 27 July 2023 (Order No. 162), which defines (expands) the content of the transfer pricing documentation required in accordance with Article 638 of the General Tax Code.
