Slovak Financial Administration Provides Guidance on Reintroduced Minimum Tax (Tax Licenses)

The Slovak Financial Administration has issued Document No. 13/PO/2024/IM, which provides guidance on the payment of minimum tax (tax licenses). As previously reported, the Slovak Republic reintroduced the requirement for companies to pay minimum tax with effect for tax periods beginning no earlier than 1 January 2024. The minimum tax payable is:
