On 13 October 2025, the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic published three updated income tax return forms, Including:
- Personal Income Tax Return, Type A - For taxpayers who only have income from dependent activity (employment);
- Personal Income Tax Return, Type B - for taxpayers who have income from business, capital assets, and other sources besides employment, or in addition to employment income; and
- Corporate Income Tax Return.
