The OECD has published an updated (consolidated) MLI position deposited by Slovenia on 23 March 2023. The update concerns the 2016 income tax treaty with Morocco, confirming that the treaty entered into force on 14 April 2022. The 2016 treaty is a covered agreement for the purpose of the MLI, although the MLI does not yet apply because Morocco has not yet deposited its ratification instrument.
