South Africa Consulting on Draft Taxation Laws Amendments and Tax Administration Laws Amendments for 2026

The National Treasury and the South African Revenue Service (SARS) and the National Treasury published the 2026 draft Taxation Laws Amendment Bill (2026 draft TLAB) and the 2026 draft Tax Administration Laws Amendment Bill (2026 draft TALAB) for comment on 30 July 2026. These draft tax bills contain the tax proposals that were made in the 2026 Budget on 25 February 2026.
