Spain has published Law No. 11/2020 of 30 December 2020 on the General State Budget for 2021 in the Official Gazette. The main tax measures are summarized as follows:
- The individual income tax rate brackets/rates for employment income are amended as follows, including a new top rate:
- up to EUR 12,450 - 19.00%
- EUR 12,451 to 20,200 - 24.00%
- EUR 20,201 to 35,200 - 30.00%
- EUR 35,201 to 60,000 - 37.00%
