The Swiss Federal Council has announced its adoption of the dispatches for the approval of the amending protocols to the 1971 income tax treaty with Japan and the 2000 income and capital tax treaty with North Macedonia. The amending protocol to the Swiss-Japan treaty was signed on 16 July 2021 and is the second to amend the treaty. The amending protocol to the Swiss-North Macedonia treaty was signed on 19 May 2021 and is the first to amend the treaty.
