Taiwan's Ministry of Finance has issued a reminder on the income tax incentive for foreign Special professionals, including that the incentive was extended from up to three years to up to five years. The incentive was introduced to attract foreign professionals to work in Taiwan and provides for a 50% reduction in the amount of taxable income exceeding TWD 3 million for up to five years in Taiwan.
