OrbitaxTax Code – amendments approved

On 27 August 2012, the Legislative Assembly approved various amendments to the Tax Code concerning:
| - | taxpayerrights; | |
| - | taxfraud concept; | |
| - | auditingprocedure; and | |
| - | customs. |
The amendments will enter into force when published in the Official Gazette.
