Tax Treaty between Benin and the Netherlands Signed

The Dutch Government has announced the signing of an income tax treaty with Benin on 21 May 2026. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
