Estonia has published Order No. 246 of 17 October 2019, which approves and authorizes the signing of the draft income tax treaty with Guernsey. The treaty will be the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and must be signed and ratified before entering into force. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
