Tax Treaty between Hong Kong and Slovenia Signed

The Government of Hong Kong has announced that officials from Hong Kong and Slovenia met on 4 September 2026 and signed an income tax treaty. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions.

Taxes Covered

The treaty covers Hong Kong profits tax, salaries tax, and property tax. It covers Slovenian tax on income of legal persons and tax on income of individuals.
