Tax Treaty between Italy and Paraguay Under Negotiation

According to a release issued by the Italian Paraguayan Chamber of Commerce (Cámara de Comercio Italo Paraguaya) on 22 June 2026, negotiations are underway for an income tax treaty between Italy and Paraguay. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
